  • Asian Clams, sautéed middle necks, clam broth, white soy, garlic, sesame seeds, scallions.
  • Blackened Tuna Bites, cast iron seared, over mixed greens, Cajun remoulade.
  • Mozzarella Caprese, fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic glaze, evoo.
  • Cheesesteak Eggroll, slow simmered roast, shredded cheddar, demi glace and cheddar bechamel.
Entrees:
  • Orange Chipotle Salmon, seared, topped with orange chipotle sauce, wild rice, sautéed broccoli and carrots.
  • Woodfire Grilled Pork Chop, house smoked, demi glace, twice baked potato, sautéed broccoli and carrots.
  • Chicken Saltimbocca, pan seared Bell & Evans, spinach, melted mozzarella, prosciutto and sage, sherry wine sauce.
  • Woodfire Grilled Filet Mignon, served with sautéed broccoli and carrots and whipped potatoes (add $12).
  • Woodfire Grilled 18oz. bone in ribeye “Cowboy”, served with baked potato, sautéed broccoli and carrots (add $17).
